Cancellation Policy

We totally get that life happens — We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hour notice will incur a 50% service fee
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service
  • All changes must go through reception, so just give us a call at 508-359-9099 and we’ll be happy to help.

Running Late?

If you're running behind, no worries — just give our front desk a quick call.

If you're more than 15 minutes late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to complete your full service. In that case, a full service charge may still apply.
